VRI appoints John Mach to Board of Directors

VRI has announced the addition of John Mach, Founder and General Manager at Mach Health Care Strategies to its Board of Directors. John’s appointment brings specialized knowledge of geriatrics, managed care, Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans, integrated long-term Medicaid, nursing home care, chronic illness, and home care experience to the board. 

In addition to serving for VRI, John is presently a member of the Board of Directors for Careticker and The John A Hartford Foundation. John began his career as a primary care physician, specialized in geriatrics research as Medical Director/GRECC for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, served as CMO for both UnitedHealth Group and XLHealth and President Complex Care Management of Univita Health Inc. Mach Health Care Strategies collaborates with fast-growing health care organizations to lead business development teams as new clinical models, programs and products are being designed, implemented and scaled.
